Information Collected
The information collected to process your order is as follows: Name, mailing address, and email. Information collected to process your online payments (PayPal: credit cards, bank drafts, or e-checks) are handled and processed through PayPal exclusively. Black Bags never receives your financial information.

Shipping
Black Bags are shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of order and payment. Customers have a choice of shipping options (as of April 28, 2006) on all orders. Shipping is calculated using real-time shipping rates that are based on the actual weight of the items you are purchasing.

USA (Domestic) options available are: USPS (First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express Mail)

As of November 24, 2006 Black Bags is excited to offer International shipping to countries authorized to accept PayPal.

Please note that many countries may require tariffs or additional taxes when received, Black Bags will not be responsible for these additional fees incurred.

Payment Options
All payments (domestic and international) are accepted using PayPal (US Funds via credit cards, bank drafts, or echeck).

Refunds & Returns
Our goal is a fantastic product but it means nothing without great customer service. In the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, please contact us at blackbags@leslieannblack.com (within 7 days of merchandise receipt) and we will make every attempt to make it right. Whether that be a refund, return, or exchange. We want you happy with your Black Bag.

Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. Your information is never sold, or exchanged in any manner. Making your purchases through PayPal insures that all your personal and financial information is transmitted via a secure encrypted server. Here at Black Bags we will never receive or see your financial information if payment is made using PayPal (see their policies for additional information).
